Together, we’ll explore your current and past nutritional and training habits, as well as your goals, looking beyond data alone to include your priorities, values, and day-to-day reality. This creates a clear starting point and ensures that both the exercise programme and nutritional action plan feel realistic and achievable on a consistent basis.

Strength training is progressed gradually and safely, with close attention to mobility, form, and recovery. Alongside this, regular nutrition check-ins allow us to reflect on what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and agree on next steps.

Most clients benefit from two or more training sessions per week, supporting steady progress while respecting recovery and real life. A minimum of one training session per week is required.

Coaching is offered in 4-week blocks, allowing time to build understanding, establish direction, and create momentum.

  • Before our first session, I’ll invite you to share some background about your lifestyle, routines, and relationship with food and exercise.
    There’s no right or wrong here; it simply helps me understand where you are and tailor our work together.

  • Our first session is about building the full picture.
    We’ll explore your nutrition and exercise history, current habits, energy levels, hobbies, and any health considerations.
    We’ll also talk about your goals, not just what you want to achieve, but why, and what feels realistic for your life right now.

    I pay close attention to how ready you feel for change, the support you have around you, and the practical constraints you’re working within.

  • Together, we’ll agree on clear, achievable priorities.
    Rather than chasing perfection, we focus on practical, doable behaviours and workouts that genuinely fit your life to build momentum and support meaningful results.

  • Our one-to-one sessions combine strength training and mobility, with a focus on functional movement that supports daily life. Together, we build strength, resilience, and confidence in how your body moves – safely and progressively.

  • Weekly nutrition follow-up sessions are focused and supportive.
    Together, we review progress, make adjustments where needed, and continue moving forward at a pace that feels manageable.
