Hi, I’m Deborah

A personal trainer and Precision Nutrition-trained coach, I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, balanced, and free in their bodies.

I have a special interest in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. Together, we’ll build an individualised plan grounded in proven methods, and I’ll support you every step of the way as you develop the consistent habits that create lasting change.

Before founding DJWellness, I spent more than twenty years leading international business for luxury brands. During those years, movement was my anchor. I studied personal training and nutrition to navigate my own wellbeing. This ignited a deep passion for working with other women to build balance and strength, both physically and mentally.

I help women feel at home in their own bodies.
