I help women feel at home in their own bodies: strong, balanced and confident in how they move and live.
I’m a qualified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition–trained coach with a particular interest in supporting women as their bodies and priorities evolve. My approach combines intelligent strength training with practical, sustainable nourishment — always grounded in evidence, and always tailored to real life.
Before founding DJ Wellness, I spent more than twenty years leading international businesses within luxury brands. During those years, movement was my anchor. Strength training and thoughtful nutrition became the foundation for my energy, resilience, and focus.
Studying personal training and nutrition was not a career pivot born from a trend; it was a natural progression. I wanted to deepen my understanding and share what I had experienced first-hand: that strength is not about extremes, but about building capability and confidence over time.
Today, I bring both structure and empathy to my coaching. My work is collaborative, considered and individualised; designed to help you build habits that last.
