Together, we’ll explore your current habits and your goals, looking beyond data alone to include priorities, values, and day-to-day reality.

Our work is collaborative and responsive, creating a plan that fits your life rather than asking your life to fit a plan.

Through regular check-ins, we’ll reflect on what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and agree next steps, supporting progress while building habits that are sustainable long-term.

Coaching is offered in 4-week blocks, which allows time to build understanding, establish direction, and create momentum.

  • Before our first session, I’ll invite you to share some background about your lifestyle, routines, goals and relationship with food and movement.
    There’s no right or wrong information; it simply helps me meet you where you are and tailor our work to you.

  • Our first session is about understanding the full picture.
    We’ll explore your nutrition and lifestyle history, current habits, energy levels, movement, and any health considerations.
    We’ll also talk about your goals, not just what you want to achieve, but why, and what feels realistic for your life right now.

    I pay close attention to how ready you feel for change, the support you have around you, and the practical constraints you’re working within.

  • Together, we’ll agree on clear, achievable priorities.
    Instead of chasing perfection, we focus on practical, doable behaviours, ones that actually fit your life and build momentum.

  • The 30-minute weekly follow-up sessions are focused and supportive.
    We review progress, adjust where needed, and keep moving forward at a pace that feels manageable.
